Rates and terms

• Price per one week, for all the Estate is 5 000USD
• Minimum stay is one week.

*Please note that these prices are for a maximum of 8 people.

Attention: for maintaining of accident prevention, we have to reject bookings for families with children under 6 years of age

Terms and conditions:

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required with your reservation.

Balance payment must be made 45 days prior to Check-in Date (unless a late booking, where full payment is required at time of booking).

Payment:

Payment must be made in USD via Bank-to-Bank Wire Transfer.

Damage waiver deposit:

A damage waiver deposit of 5000 USD is required and payable on arrival. At the end of your holiday this amount will be refunded back to you providing our agent checks the villa's inventory and finds that there are no breakages or damage to the property.

Cancellation

All booking cancellations MUST be confirmed in writing to us.

Accessibility

Due to the steep terrain in some places the villa is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. The steps and steep terrain also make the property unsuitable for wheelchair users. NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.
