Villa is superbly located on the mountain Tapochao - highest island point (474 m). You can get there from the central part of the island Garapan by car within 10 minutes and it takes about 20 minutes from Saipan International Airport.

Villa has very comfortable access to the Grotto , Banzai Cliff , Bird Island and other sightseeing located on the north part of the Saipan. You can also easy reach by car or by foot the observation deck with 360° panoramic view to the island.
